Late 20th-century American poet acknowledged as a leader of the LANGUAGE movement, Charles Bernstein was born in New York City in 1950 and Educated at Harvard University (1968-1972). He founded, and co-edited with Bruce Andrews, the LANGUAGE Journal; published over fifteen works of his collected poetry.
